AHC Statement of Significance The former Bank of New South Wales, High Street, was erected in 1877 when Echuca was a bustling river port. The architects were Reed and Barnes. The two storey brick structure has a rendered facade. It is composed of a two tier arcade and loggia flanked by projecting entrance wings.
